anybody knows a good cheap hotel website?
I'm traveling to St.Paul, MN for a week and I'm on a really tight budget.

Try Hostelling International or any other Youth Hostel site.

Deals and bargains change even after we speak. On the road to Mn. Do yourself a favor and stop at Truck stops. They still have the cheapest gas..yes they serve the public. Ask the Drivers there where the best motel is going your way. Also when you are tired look at the motels you pass by. Do you see a big truck parked in the lot? That is your sign that the rates are right.

I've had great luck with Hotwire.com You get to see the price, general location and features of the hotel, but not the actual name until you commit.

I used Expedia.com when the kids and I went to Erie, PA to check out colleges my 17 yr.old had been accepted to. We got a nice room about 4 miles outside of town at a BestWestern, that came with a complimentary breakfast every morning for all 3 of us! It worked out to about 49.00 a night.
